Learning never ends, so it is necessary for teachers to constantly evaluate themselves, their skills and knowledge. This will help the teachers recreate themselves and up to date with changes in education, technology, environment and other thing that directly affect their academic work. This re-evaluation  helps teachers to develop professionally, thereby allowing them to provide quality and informed education.
