Dr Chukwueloka Umeh is an Engineer with a differ-ence. Apart from being very hands-on, he is also an academic. His Engineering degrees include a BEng in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, and a MSc and Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. Dr Umeh is an Executive Director in theNestoil Group. He oversees the Group’s Pipeline, Aviation and Power businesses.
In this interview with Nestoil News, Dr Umeh focuses on the pipeline business for which Nestoil is better known in the industry as the ’king of the swamps’. Over the years, Dr Umeh has observed the steady growth of indigenous companies in the Oil and Gas industry and declares that: “the Local Content Revolution is Here and Real”.
